Figurative imagery is a predominant feature in KAPLAN'S
one-of-a-kind jewellery. It may be representational, as emotional
portraits and narratives, or abstracted, evoking universal themes
from our individual and collective journeys towards self-realization.

Eight months traveling through tribal villages in Southeast Asia and

New Guinea prompted an extensive exploration of art for spiritual and
healing purposes, focusing on cross cultural and historical amuletic traditions.
